The popular 0460 now has a bigger, bolder brother.
This super-sized version of the 0460, designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, features a larger, 3.75-inch upswept blade of CPM 20CV. CPM 20CV delivers superior hardness and corrosion resistance, along with toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention.
The new 0462 also features a colored carbon fiber front scale with a deep-red weave of color. The back is titanium with an attractive stonewashed finish. The 0462 locks up securely thanks to a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert. Like many ZTs, the 0462 opens quickly and easily with the KVT ball-bearing system and a built-in flipper.
And while the first thing that will catch your notice about this big knife is that sweeping blade and handle curve, we urge you to look closer. ZT has added details to the interior of the 0462’s handle that are just waiting to be discovered.

This knife is great. It's looks amazing and has a very sleek design. The knife steel is awesome and very sharp out of the box. The Carbon Fiber scales look like a dark maroon due to the black that is in them and I like the look a lot. The best part about the knife is the overall size VS the very low weight. This is a big knife for a folder but when closed up and in your pocket isn't really that noticeable. The feel in your hand is great as well. I have medium sized hands and it fits perfectly. I did have to take a little time flipping it open over and over to break it, as well as slightly loosen the he screw and bearing as it was too tight from the factory. After a day or 2 and the bearing slightly loosened plus a small amount of oil the knife opens flawlessly and there is not blade movement while open. My favorite knife I own by far
